In 2016, I began offering my handyman services in the Stockbridge area following an encounter at a gas station with an individual in need of local assistance.

 

Upon noticing the paint on my pants, she asked about my profession, to which I replied, "handyman work," and inquired if she required my services. She shared her negative experience with an online service that failed to complete repairs after taking a deposit.

Shortly thereafter, I was contracted to finish the job, and the customer expressed her satisfaction with my work and paid in full.

 

This pivotal experience inspired me to establish Ask Bernard Junior, a name that now represents trust and professionalism for both residential and commercial projects.
